Is my information safe on your website?
ANSWER: We ensure our site is protected with SSL to keep your transactions safe and your time using our website stress free. We NEVER pass on any of your information to any third party for advertising purposes or data collection. Your privacy is protected.
What taxes apply to any purchase I make?
ANSWER: We apply GST for all purchases AND it is already included in the product price. We DO NOT apply GST to shipping, only to whatever you have purchased which wil be displayed in the SUB-TOTAL at checkout!
What confirmation will I receive when I place an order?
ANSWER: All orders placed via the website will receive a confrimation email including the details of your order. IF you do not receive an email due to some technical issue that may arise without our knowedge, please just send us an email or give us a call so we can assist you.
How much will the postage cost?
ANSWER: We use regular AUSTRALIA POST, and it is all based on the weight of your order. Total cost is displayed at time of purchase, so no suprises. Please note it is buyer discretion to select either EXPRESS or REGULAR postage, as per conditions set out in the Austrlaia Post website regarding delivery timframes that in some circumstances may not guarantee NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Please note pre-determined wording at the time of order placement, 'Guaranteed next business day within the EXPRESS POST networrk' is as per Austrlalia Post and the seller has no control or influence in ensurign this expectation is met.
I have placed an order. How long will it take until it is sent?
ANSWER: The majority of our products are handmade and packed to order. We are aware that alot of our products are purchased to support an ailment so we dispatch most orders within 24-48hrs. On rare occasions, we are impacted by postal services, public holidays or are awaiting stock to be delivered. Even if any of these factors impact your order, we will always dispatch within 5 days. For acute cases, please feel free to advise us it is urgent, and we will be happy to confirm for you if there are any issues impacting delivery.
I have not received my order? Can you help?
ANSWER: Frustrating when an item that you are waiting for is delayed! We will send you an additional dispatch confirmation email advising you when the item is on its way to you. We also TRACK all items via AUSTRALIA POST, so anytime in your orders'journey we can see where it is.
I placed an order, but changed my mind, can I get a refund?
ANSWER: That happens to all of us so we dont want to make it more difficult for you! All you need to do is send us an email or call us ASAP. In the instance we have NOT dispatched your order, we are happy to refund you immediatley, via whatever payment method you used. If you just missed us and we had sent your order, all we ask is that you kindly retun the product UNOPENED, only at the cost of return postage. Once received, we will refund your initial purchase price and initial postage.
I received my order and it was incorrect.
ANSWER: That is all on us and straight up we apologise in advance if we mixed it up. Please contact us so we can sort it out. We will send you what you ordered, at no additional postage, plus you can keep what we had sent in error and hope that either you can still use it or pass it to someone who owns a horse or dog that can gain all the benefits herbs offer.
Can I return my order?
ANSWER: Depends what it is. We cannot accept returned any dog treats or any of the herbal tinctures, so please choose carefully. Any herbal product can be returned to us as long as the packaging is intact, unopened and purchased within the last month. You will be responsible for the additional postage cost, and once received we will refund your original purchase price and original postage cost.
Where else can I purchase your products?
ANSWER: Please refer to our STOCKISTS page for a Victorian retailer near you. We proudly support SHOP LOCAL! Got there and they dont have what you were after? Easy, let the Stockist know, and they will contact us and we will dispatch the product direct to the STOCKIST. No POSTAGE cost for you! All you need to do is pick it up and maybe find other awesome products at your LOCAL SUPPLIER whilst you are there. No STOCKIST near you? After you approach your LOCAL MERCHANT and ask them to contact us to get them on board, then in the interim we are more than happy to assist via or WEBSITE.
